This Privacy Policy applies to Team Khamkar websites, forms, administrative systems, community programs, WhatsApp communications, and information received through Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta services. It explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

• Membership and citizen details, including address, date of birth, gender, ward, area, occupation, and information voluntarily provided in forms.
• Sensitive demographic details that you voluntarily provide, such as religion, caste, or social category. These fields are not required unless clearly marked otherwise.
• Account and administration information for authorized administrators and team leaders.
• Communications, requests, approvals, uploaded documents, and records of consent or opt-in status.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser information, session identifiers, request time, and security or audit logs.

3. Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Advertising

If you submit information through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad, contact our Page, respond to an advertisement, or otherwise interact with a Team Khamkar campaign on a Meta service, we may receive the information you choose to provide together with campaign or form identifiers.

We may use Meta business tools to measure campaign performance, manage inquiries, or create permitted audiences using contact identifiers. We do not provide religion, caste, health information, or other sensitive form fields to Meta for advertising audience creation. Any use of Meta tools is also governed by Meta's own terms and privacy practices.

This website does not currently use the Meta Pixel or similar Meta advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide any consent controls required by applicable law.

4. How We Use Information

• Review and process Join Us requests and maintain citizen or membership records.
• Provide community services, local updates, event information, and requested assistance.
• Contact you by phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp about your request or communications you have opted to receive.
• Administer accounts, verify authority, generate reports, and support authorized ward operations.
• Protect the service, prevent misuse, investigate incidents, and maintain audit records.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful government or regulatory requests.
• Evaluate outreach and advertising effectiveness using aggregated or appropriately permitted information.

5. Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with authorized Team Khamkar administrators and team leaders; website hosting, database, security, messaging, and document service providers; WhatsApp or approved messaging providers; Meta when you use Meta services or when permitted advertising tools are used; and public authorities where legally required.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Service providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide and subject to appropriate confidentiality or data-protection obligations.

6. Cookies and External Resources

We use essential session cookies for login, security, normal website operation, and first-party visitor analytics. Our analytics may record page visits, clicks, form submission events without submitted field values, scroll depth, time spent, referring page, campaign parameters, IP address, browser, operating system, device type, and language. We do not record passwords or the values typed into forms through visitor analytics, and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

7. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to review requests, provide services, maintain accurate records, meet legal or security requirements, and resolve disputes. Rejected or inactive requests may be deleted or anonymized when no longer required. We use access controls, password hashing, request validation, audit logging, and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information. You may withdraw optional consent or opt out of promotional WhatsApp, SMS, or email messages at any time. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

9. Data Deletion Requests

10. Children

This service is not intended for children to submit personal information independently. A person under 18 should use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
