1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the Team Khamkar website, Join Us form, community services, administrative portal, and related communications. By using the service or submitting information, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
2. Purpose of the Service
Team Khamkar provides tools for community engagement, citizen and membership administration, local-service coordination, events, outreach, reporting, and authorized communications. Submission of a Join Us request does not guarantee approval, membership, employment, benefits, public assistance, or any particular outcome.
3. Eligibility and Accurate Information
You must provide information that is accurate, current, and yours to provide. You may not impersonate another person, submit information without appropriate permission, or use the service for unlawful or deceptive purposes. A person under 18 may use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Accounts and Authorized Access
Administrative and team-leader accounts are restricted to authorized users. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and for activity performed through their accounts. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported promptly. We may suspend or revoke access to protect people, records, or the service.
5. Communications
By providing contact details, you authorize us to contact you as reasonably necessary to process your request, verify information, provide requested services, or address security and administrative matters. Promotional or community-update communications will be sent subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Message and data rates charged by your provider may apply.
6. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Third Parties
You may reach Team Khamkar through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or advertisements operated on Meta services. Those services are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Team Khamkar is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. References to Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and WhatsApp identify third-party services only.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, upload malicious code, scrape or export data without authority, misuse another person's personal information, send unlawful communications, circumvent security controls, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
The website design, branding, text, graphics, software, and other materials owned by Team Khamkar are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use public content for personal, non-commercial purposes unless stated otherwise. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and permit us to use it as needed to operate the service.

We may update these Terms, and continued use after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
